Shipping Policy

At Ira, we take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and promptly. Each piece is carefully packaged with love and attention to detail before it begins its journey to you.

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery. Additional charges may apply

We offer express shipment options across Canada and the USA for customers who wish to receive their orders sooner. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the destination and carrier.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7–12 business days
Express International Shipping: Available at an additional cost

International orders are shipped via reliable courier partners. Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by destination country.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.

Delays & Support

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules. If you experience any delay, please contact our support team at irathelastthread@gmail.com, we’ll be happy to assist you.

Note

All delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ira, every piece is designed with love and care. We hope you adore your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Please ensure the item is securely packed for return shipping.
Custom-made or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at irathelastthread@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

3. Our team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

For domestic orders (Canada & USA), only the cost of the product will be refunded — shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund (product cost only) will be issued.

International Orders

For international customers, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed for product cost only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll prioritize resolving it as quickly as possible.
